  • HECONIC specializes in the sale of bulbs, lighting solutions, and electronic goods.

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for reference. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur.

  • All products are intended for standard domestic and commercial use unless otherwise stated.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST and shipping charges.

  • Payments must be made at the time of order through secure payment methods provided (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, etc.).

  • We do not store your payment credentials. All transactions are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways.

  • HECONIC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel invalid orders, or refuse suspicious transactions.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • An order is considered accepted only after:

    1. Payment confirmation, and

    2. Dispatch of the product with a tracking number.

  • We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel an order if:

    • The product is unavailable.

    • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

    • There is an error in pricing or product description.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders only within India.

  • Dispatch is typically within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location (usually 3–7 working days).

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Delays due to courier, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Customers may request a cancellation, refund, or return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our [Refund & Cancellation Policy] and [Return & Replacement Policy].

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (UPI/Bank) within 7–10 business days once approved.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or reported beyond the 7-day window are not eligible.
