  • Deliveries are handled through our trusted courier partners to ensure reliability.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor their shipment.

3. Delivery Timelines
  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
  • All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of shipping charges.

  • No additional delivery fee will be charged at checkout unless specifically mentioned.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer’s unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, our courier partner will make up to two additional re-attempts.

  • If delivery still cannot be completed, the product will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee may apply if the customer requests redelivery.
