3. Non-Returnable Items

A return or replacement will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The issue is caused by external factors (such as power surges, improper installation, or physical damage after delivery).

4. Process for Returns & Replacements

  • Step 2: Share clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage for faster resolution.

  • Step 3: Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  • Step 4: If approved, you can choose between:

    • Replacement: We will ship a new product once the defective item is returned.

    • Refund: You may opt for a refund as per our [Refund & Cancellation Policy].

5. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, HECONIC will cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or any reason other than defect/damage, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Timelines
  • Return Approval: Usually confirmed within 2 working days of request.

  • Replacement Dispatch: A replacement product will be dispatched within 2–4 working days after the returned item is received.

  • Refunds: If refund is chosen instead, it will be processed within 7–10 business days as per our Refund Policy.
