Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HECONIC ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you may cancel an order, request a refund, and the process we follow to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled by the customer any time before dispatch by contacting us at contact@heconic.com
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Dispatch:
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a Return Request (see Section 3 below).
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You received a defective or damaged product.
The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
The cancellation request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return in Place of Cancellation
If your order has already been shipped or delivered:
You may request a Return & Refund within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Requests made after the 7-day window.
Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to customer handling.
Minor variations in product color, design, or packaging due to manufacturing or screen display differences.
Situations where the issue is due to external factors (power surges, improper installation, etc.) not related to product quality.
5. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us at contact@heconic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product (if defective/damaged).
Step 2: Our quality team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
Step 3: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 4: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back only to the original payment method (UPI or Bank transfer) used at checkout. No cash refunds.
6. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (subject to our review):
Product returned with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging.
Product showing signs of minor usage that reduces resale value.
7. Responsibility for Return Shipping
In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong product delivery, HECONIC will bear the return shipping cost.
In all other cases (such as change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
